Shipping policy

At EllaVerra Boutique, every gown is handled with the care it deserves. We take pride in getting your piece to you safely, beautifully packaged, and ready for your moment.


Processing Time

All orders are carefully prepared and shipped within 3 business days of purchase (Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and US federal holidays).

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.

Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST will begin processing the following business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.


Shipping Times

After processing, the following estimated transit times apply:

Service Estimated Delivery
Domestic Standard (US) 3–5 business days
Domestic Expedited (US) 1–2 business days
International Standard 7–14 business days
International Express 3–7 business days

 

Please note that delivery times are estimates provided by our carriers and are not guaranteed. Delays may occasionally occur due to weather, customs clearance, or carrier disruptions outside our control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and selected shipping method. We offer complimentary standard shipping on US orders over $250.


Order Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive two emails from us:

  1. Order Confirmation — sent immediately after your purchase
  2. Shipping Confirmation — sent once your order leaves our studio, including your tracking number

If you do not receive your order confirmation within an hour, please check your spam or junk folder before reaching out.


International Orders, Duties & Customs

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, and taxes levied by the destination country. These charges are not included in your order total or shipping cost and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery. We recommend checking with your local customs office for an estimate before ordering.

EllaVerra Boutique is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.


Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not able to reroute or refund orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us within 24 hours at ellaverraboutique@gmail.com and we will do our best to update it before dispatch.


Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once a package has been marked delivered by the carrier, EllaVerra Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen items. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your order, please contact your local carrier first, then reach out to us so we can assist.

If your order arrives damaged, please email us at ellaverraboutique@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damage. We will make it right.
